You may return goods for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase
, provided they are unworn and are in the original condition and packaging. We will either refund your card or exchange the product if desired.
The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer except for cases of manufacturing faults or picking and despatch errors. In these cases, costs will be borne by The Shop for Shoes
Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded upon examination at our discretion.
We are happy to replace with a different size should your original choice not fit, and the first replacement will be sent free of charge. Please note consequent exchanges may be subject to a small re shipping charge which will be discussed prior to despatch. It is important that you to contact us by e-mail or phone The Shop for Shoes team on +44(0)1458-833368 before returning goods quoting the last 4 digits of your order number.
We will then advise you of the return procedure as the return destinations may vary dependent on the product concerned.
Please ask the Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate. This will ensure that you receive the exchange or refund in the event of goods being mislaid in the post.
We do not charge a fee for properly returned items, however failure to follow this procedure may result in a small admin fee to cover costs.
